To make a return, please mail your return or exchange to THE LOUPE, LLC 5745 SW 51st Street Miami, FL 33155. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Please make sure your item is postmarked within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of your order. All item(s) must be in original and unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and pouches must be included with your return. Any returns postmarked after fourteen (14) days of your receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted.
The Loupe cannot receive damaged merchandise and NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR DEFECTIVE OR USED MERCHANDISE. To ensure undamaged delivery, please package your return properly (we recommend re-using all of the packaging and padding provided to you in your shipment).
Clearance items located under the sales tab, are FINAL SALE. Some items are available for exchange only and will be displayed as such under the Details tab in the product page.
Orders from countries outside of the US cannot be returned and are considered FINAL SALE.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-4 business days until your return is posted on your CC, Paypal, or Amazon Payments account.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via USPS.
If you would like to exchange your order, and it is not defective or damaged, you must first return your item(s) and then place a new order for the new item(s).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will found out about your return.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding holidays and weekends, and will ship within forty-eight (48) hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following business day.Please note these are general guidelines and some orders will not follow the above shipping process.
