- Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking "add to cart" on the item's product detail page
- When you have finished shopping, click the "shopping cart" button at the top of the page.
- You will be shown your basket for review.
- Click "proceed to check out."
- On the login page new customers should click the "create account."
- Repeat customers should enter their email address in the "login" box and their password in the "password" box. Press "login".
- Complete the next 3 steps by entering all required information.
- On step 4, you will be presented with all your order information.
- Click the "confirm" button to submit the order.
- You will know that your order has gone through when you receive the "thank you" page with your order number.

- Please be advised that once an order is confirmed, you cannot make changes to the order online.
- Online orders are processed Monday through Thursday 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM EST, Saturday and Sundays, will be processed the following business day.
- If an order must be placed on hold, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after three business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed. We also accept Paypal and Amazon Prime payments.
At this time, sales taxes are only applied to orders in Florida.

- All US orders are shipped via USPS and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

- USPS 2 Day: $9.00
- USPS Overnight: $20.00 (orders must be placed by 12 PM EST)
- UPS Next Day Air: $40.00 (orders must be placed by 5 PM EST)
- USPS Ground Shipping: $8.00
All Other International Shipping Costs and Methods:
- Flat Rate USPS Ground Shipping: $20 Flat Fee
- Flat Rate USPS Express Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $40 Flat Fee
For international orders: some orders may require several weeks of processing, based on the customs regulations and procedures of the destination country. Because of this, please allow between 2-4 weeks for international ground shipping.
Please note that all international orders require a valid street address and phone number--PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
